Creative Clubhouse Application Process
To honor our commitment to low child to teacher ratios, we generally keep our classes to 12-14 children.
Our current families have the option to re-enroll prior to the February application date.
Admission decisions are determined by several factors: availability of space, boy/girl ratio, classroom dynamics, and ages of the children.
The application process includes:
Initial inquiry for information. Email admissions@creativeclubhouse.org
Schedule a parent only private classroom visitation
After a tour, you can submit an application with the $50 non- refundable fee
Notice of acceptance, enrollment package, and $150 non- refundable deposit
Admissions is finalized when we receive the forms and the deposit
Application timeline
October to January: Inquiries and parent tours. Private tours are given Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays beginning at 5pm.
January/February: Current families open enrollment begins.
February: Final determinations
Late Spring: New family classroom visitation
*When classes fill, families are able to join the waitpool by completing the above application process. If a space becomes available, families will be notified.
